We had a great view of Vesuvius and the balcony was great. We would recommend to others for locatio.

The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was excellent. The staff were very polite and helpful.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. The bread and croissants didn’t seem to be very fresh.

If I was to come back to Pompeii again, this would be the hotel I would stay at

Absolutely loved the location. Right next to the Basilica and close to shops and restaurants and still walkable to Pompeii ruins.

I’m being nitpicky, but the food was cold for breakfast

Breakfast was good, location is excellent (note: most trains go from other station, not the one near the hotel but it’s only a short walk). Short walk to shops and pleasant walk to the ruins

Flimsy shower screen, cheap and ineffective shower head. Bathroom floor flooded every time we used the shower and became extremely slippery.

The hotel needs renovation.

Location. Very good staff! The room is large.

The hotel needs renovation. Everything is very old. They give one key for two people, and since the light in the room doesn't work without the key, it's very inconvenient. There are no sockets by the bed... none at all. There is no TV, essentially, it's very old. There is no breakfast either. We found fermented juice, spoiled yogurt in the machine, rotten ham. There is milk, but no muesli. We had to eat the same thing every morning (omelette and dry, overcooked bacon). Breakfast without a coffee machine. The shower in the bathroom doesn't work well, there is not a single hook (nowhere to hang towels and robes), there is not a single shelf in the shower stall (you have to put shower gels and shampoos on the floor). The room on the 1st floor has one small window and when you open it, the smell of cigarettes and everything else that is smoked under the window is drawn in. And for 5 nights 760€. Considering all of the above, it is expensive.

Loved my stay, location fantastic, parking easy, staff excellent and breakfast yummy

Location was amazing, staff were so helpful, rooms where large, breakfast was AMAZING

The water in the hot tub was dirty so I couldn’t get in, toilet didn’t flush well and aircon wasn’t strong.

Perfect hotel for Pompeii visit

Perfect location for Pompeii. Lots of restaurants and markets nearby. The size of the room was good and we had three beds which is sometimes hard to find, big bathroom, clean.

No Ubers or taxis on the street. You need private drivers.

Within walking distance of pompei entrance but there are 3 so check if you are having a tour. Hotel suggested a brilliant pizza place . Staff very friendly.

Location was excellent and staff were great. Free parking out the front of the hotel. Can walk to Pompei entrance.

Nice, simple hotel. Near local restaurants. Drive to entrance to Pompei.

We stayed one night when we visited Pompei going to Amalfi. We had a double room which was nice, decent sized bathroom. The breakfast buffet included was delightful.

The window on the room was blocked off and couldn’t see out so you felt you were in a cave.

A really up to date smart, clean room, with excellent facilities, hotel and staff were great, as was the parking, lots of restaurants and bars within a five mins walk, great location, would definitely stay here again.

Family run, and Catalon was very helpful. Great location, great breakfast, clean and our room was a good size with a view of Vesuvius. We enjoyed using the hot tub on the roof terrace.

Fantastic location for exploring Pompeii. Close to the town centre with some very pleasant restaurants. Staff super friendly and gave good advice on restaurants and booked us taxis to get to the train station etc
